Can you make custom sizes?

I absolutely do! I can make custom sized QSnap, PVC QSnap, Hoop Huggie and Scroll Rod Grime Guard covers. If you're doing an extra large project like those from Heaven and Earth Designs, Tilton Crafts, Mystic Stitch or any others, you can request that your grime guard be made with extra width to hold additional excess fabric.

What type of magnets are used for the Needle Minders?

I use very strong ceramic magnets (black), each has had any dust wiped off before shipping. Although not quite as strong as the Neodymium magnets, they are still plenty strong enough to hold multiple needles, scissors, tweezers, etc but also come apart easily to move as needed. You will not break your fingers trying to get them apart!

Can you do custom fabric requests?

I can and do, however, I am limited in what I can find for fabric options. If you would like me to look for a specific fabric design, contact me via email. I will shop around and see what options I can find and email you with choices, you can then decide if you'd like to order within those choices. Occasionally I may find suitable fabric online that will run more expensive due to my costs to order and have the fabric shipped to me. I will adjust the price of the grime guards accordingly and of course you will be able to give final approval. Please note that expected delivery of your items will be delayed in this scenario.

What does your Guarantee cover?

For all made to order items, sales are final

I stand by my products. All items are made personally by me. If you find any issues with workmanship, please contact me for refund or replacement within 10 days of receipt.

Can you reduce shipping charges?

Unfortunately I am limited to USPS postal rates. I can evaluate your order on request and if there is a lower cost shipping option available, I'll be happy to let you know.

Do you ship outside the United States?

I certainly do but please note, customer is responsible for all VAT and/or customs charges. If you are unable to receive your package due to VAT or customs fees and items are returned to me, any refund will be less any additional shipping charges incurred.

What is your normal turnaround time?

I typically get items shipped within 3-5 business days after recieving payment. Occasionally due to weekends and holidays, or abnormally high demand, I will ship within 5-7 business days.

Is tracking included?

Yes, USPS tracking is included for all US orders, international tracking is available as well but generally only as far as the US border.

Can international orders be marked as Gift so I don't have to pay additional VAT/customs fees?

I'm sorry, but I cannot mark packages as Gift, it is illegal in the US to do so.


We want to take a moment to assure our customers that we are taking the threat of Covid-19 seriously. With the recent increase in orders due to social distancing and more people spending time at home, we are busier than ever, but also taking extra measures to ensure your products are free of potential contaminants.

We are being diligent with product handling. Hands are washed prior to order packing/product handling, and hand sanitizer has always been regularly used at the packing table!

Research is unclear of how long the virus can survive on surfaces, so we are also taking the extra steps of disinfecting the packing table and material handling equipment multiple times through the day.
